Quite a few of them are these days.
Some of the recent bars opened are called, MOO bar, Hell Below, Foxes Cafe Lounge, Eaten by Monsters, The Last Zebra, The Shabby Cobbler, Dutch Uncle, etc...

This would probably be quite an appropriate occasion to quote Monty Python’s
Four Yorkshiremen
sketch.

I watched the sketch redone the other week when they did the last tour at the U.K. O2 Arena on YouTube.

The original – before MP even existed as such – with Marty Feldman and Tim Brooke-Taylor:
Priceless.

Those all sound like horrifying sex moves you’d look up on urban dictionary.

I’ve seen that one countless times. Always good.

Indeed. Never fails to bring a smile to my face.
And to be honest – when I see the kinds of establishments young people frequent these days I can almost hear myself saying something rather similar!

They are nice and all, just a little too arty farty for me. Pleasant atmosphere which at the end of the day is what you want.

I work in a college town so we got a few of these around. As long as the have good food and good beer I can put up with whatever the poor art school graduate decided the theme is.

It’s when you get inside and find parquet flooring< school desks and indeed school chairs you recognise from your youth and now as an adult, your sat in them again having a pint of Guinness and some overly arty named pizza.

Sometimes it’s a little ironic. The third picture from the bottom is in between a bank on the left and a church on the right (incidentally the church is where the parents of Woodrow Wilson the 28th President of the U.S. preached and lived just a short distance down the road around the corner. Before emigrating to the U.S.).

A hipster artsy fartsy bar being ironic? Is nothing sacred?

Ironic that it’s between a bank and a church.
Nothing is ever sacred, nothing.
